You are responsible for the contacts you upload and the messages you send, and for having a lawful basis and consent to contact recipients. With respect to that data you are the data controller and we process it on your behalf to deliver your messages.

Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider (e.g. Paystack). Your card or mobile-money details are entered on their secure checkout we receive confirmation of payment and a reference, not your full payment credentials.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run the Service, including with:

• SMS aggregators/carriers to deliver your messages.
• Payment processors to complete transactions.
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) under appropriate safeguards.
• Authorities where required by law.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account data, subject to those obligations.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, scoped API keys, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your credentials safe and enable verification where available.
