Terms & Conditions

Cloud SMS Engine provides a platform to send bulk and transactional SMS, run OTP and verification flows, manage contacts and campaigns, and integrate messaging via our API and gateway. Features may change or be added over time.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the Service in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, fraudulent, or unlawful messages.
• Message recipients who have opted out or not consented to receive messages from you.
• Send content that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, or infringes others’ rights.
• Use unapproved or misleading sender IDs, or impersonate any person or entity.

You are solely responsible for the content you send and for complying with all applicable laws and network regulations, including honoring opt-out (STOP) requests.

The Service uses prepaid SMS units. You purchase units in packages; one unit sends one 160-character SMS segment (longer messages use more units). Units do not expire. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.

Purchased units are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Messages the network rejects are automatically refunded to your wallet. Pricing may change with notice, but changes do not affect units you have already purchased.

Sender IDs are subject to network approval and may be rejected or revoked. You are responsible for ensuring the messages you send are accurate, lawful, and consented to. We may refuse or suspend traffic that violates these terms or network rules.

API keys are confidential and tied to your account. You are responsible for securing them and for all requests made with them. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access to protect the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security or compliance risk, or engage in abusive or fraudulent activity. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is.” While we work to deliver reliable messaging, we do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, as delivery depends on carriers and factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
